ARTMUC - International Art Fair – Discover art and take it home! Spring is all about art with the ARTMUC art fair, Bavaria's largest art event. Marvel at the diversity of current international trends in the art market for four days.

This experience takes place in an air-conditioned room.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, there is parking on site.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code for this experience; a casual look is acceptable.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
There will be a box office on-site. However, tickets may already be sold out by the time you arrive at the event. Therefore, we strongly recommend booking your tickets in advance to secure your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to another person free of charge. Simply tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further assistance. Please also remember to include your ticket order number.
Do I have to print my ticket
No, your contactless tickets are validated directly in the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app, within the “Tickets” section. If you don’t have the app installed yet, you can download it fromApple Storeor fromGoogle PlayPlease remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds available? What is the exchange policy?
This experience allows for rescheduling up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make a change, please contact us and provide the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). A member of our staff will respond to your request as soon as possible and inform you of the next steps.

Do I have to show up at the start of my booked time slot?
Your ticket is like an "All Day Ticket" and you can attend the event at any time during opening hours.
PLEASE NOTE: The ticket office closes 45 minutes before the end of opening hours, and access to the exhibition is no longer possible after this time.
Can I bring pets? Are service dogs allowed?
This is a pet-friendly event - feel free to bring your pets.

Are there tickets for caregivers?
Guests requiring assistance during this experience can request a free ticket for their personal caregiver.
Simply show proof of your care needs at the entrance and the caregiver will receive free entry.

Deaf people can enjoy this experience as it is primarily visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Will strobe lights be used during the event?
No strobe lights will be used during this event.
Are there any seating options? Can I sit down during the experience/exhibition?
It's a circular walk, but if you need a little break, you'll find some seating where you can rest.
Are there restrooms at the venue?
The venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for directions.
Is there a Lost & Found office on site?
We recommend that you ask the event staff if your belongings have been found. If you are unable to ask on-site, please contact raiko@intox-gmbh.com.
Is there an age restriction?
All ages are welcome to this experience. The facilities are also accessible with strollers.
Is there an audio guide on site?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
